Knoxville, Tenn. – Debbie Stepp, a vice president and commercial banking officer with FSG Bank, recently graduated from The Southeastern School of Commercial Lending. She completed the intensive, one-week program concentrated on all aspects of commercial lending at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn.
Over the course of the week, she took part in more than 50 hours of classroom instruction, discussion, and case studies.
“This was a great experience and learning opportunity,” said Stepp. “The knowledge I gained, combined with my professional experience will be instrumental in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating commercial loans for our clients.”
A native of Jefferson County, Tenn., Stepp attended Carson-Newman College and has been with FSG Bank for more than 13 years.
The school is sponsored by the Tennessee Bankers Association in cooperation with the Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi Bankers Associations.
