KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – HR Comp is announcing the addition of Larry F. Stephens to its staff. Stephens will serve as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) with a focus on assisting HR Comp CEO, Andrea Rudd with creating, communicating, and executing the professional employer organization’s (PEO) corporate strategic initiatives.
In his new role, Stephens will be responsible for coordinating all activities relative to business development, external relations, marketing, and strategic planning.
“Larry’s extensive experience brings us a unique perspective on how we can offer business owners an opportunity to increase efficiency, productivity and revenues,” said Rudd.
Prior to joining HR Comp, Stephens was the Vice President of Strategic Planning for Denark Construction, Inc., a prominent general contractor headquartered in Knoxville. He also served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Michael Brady Inc., a Knoxville-based architectural and engineering firm. In addition, Stephens has gained significant leadership experience during a 28 year career as an administrator and head football coach at both the collegiate and secondary levels. He also served two terms as a Knox County Commissioner and as Chairman for the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2013.
