KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – July 15, 2020 – Knoxville-based healthcare law firm London Amburn has announced that Gary Wade, former Chief Justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court and Dean of the Duncan School of Law at Lincoln Memorial University, has joined the firm as a shareholder.
Judge Wade retired June 30 from his position as Dean of the Duncan School of Law at Lincoln Memorial University, a role he had held since 2015. Immediately prior to his academic post, Judge Wade served more than nine years as a member of the Tennessee Supreme Court, including two years as its Chief Justice. He also served nineteen years on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, eight of those as the Presiding Judge.
